End of Life Arrangements for Yusuf

This is our 15 year old son Yusuf. Yusuf has been battling a life threatening illness called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy since birth. Yusuf has been on home hospice care since July of 2016. Being in hospice care has forced our family to start considering "end of life" care and plans for Yusuf much sooner than expected. We would like to complete end of life arrangements for Yusuf so we can focus on spending as much quality time with him as possible. This will also prevent us from having to make decisions at time of death as we are grieving. The cost of hospital and hospice care has become overwhelming. Our household budget is stretched beyond capacity. With "end of life" preparations being closer than expected we are overwhelmed. We are asking for financial assistance to help us pay for final arrangements for our son. Your kind generosity is appreciated.
