Emmy's Mission Trip to Uganda

Greetings to you, friend!  At the end of July, I will embark on another adventure to serve God's people in Uganda!  This mission began as a dream, and through prayer and the support of my church and family, it has become a reality.  It is truly amazing what paths the Lord clears to make His will possible!

I am so filled with gratitude that I will be able to serve the foundation Lasting Smiles Uganda, which is so similar at its heart to my own foundation, The Hope for Huruma Foundation.  I will be serving just under 500 orphans.  The love and care I will get to show them will be returned to me tenfold. 

This trip, as a mother now, will serve yet another amazing purpose.  It will provide my own children with an example of God's will for us to use our lives to serve others.  

This mission trip, with airfare, food, and lodging will cost $2,000.  

I am appealing to you, my friends, to help support me if you are able.  I pray you know how much of a difference it makes in the lives of the children I will be serving.  It will be me carrying a piece of you to them as well.
