Help Emlynn Study Abroad in Orvieto, Italy!

Friends, artists, lovers of music: I need your help! My name is Emlynn Shoemaker and I am an aspiring Mezzosoprano opera singer. I eat, sleep, and breath classical singing; it brings so much joy and warmth into my heart. Recently, I was offered the amazing opportunity to perform in ITALY as the lead role of Dorabella in Mozart's Così fan Tutte!! It's through a new program located in the beautiful town of Orvieto called Vocal Academy of Orvieto and Opera Argentario. This opportunity will provide me with my first lead role in an Italian opera and so much more.
According to the website, "We offer a notable assembly of faculty performers, teachers, conductors, and pianists who will work to inspire a new level of healthy confidence and preparation for our select group of singers. Our program encourages friendship, intimacy and collegiality, emphasized by regular meals together with faculty and performers, and mind-body-spirit classes that will foster personal development and comfort with one another."
Along with the opera, I will also have the opportunity to sing in multiple other venues, "including the Mayor's Palace, the Sala Unità d’Italia del Palazzo Comunale on the central Piazza Repubblica, as well as in highly public local festivals, restaurants, and churches." Unfortunately, this fabulous opportunity comes at a cost that I simply cannot carry the full weight of. While the $4,300 tuition covers breakfast and dinner 5 days a week on top of room and board and the other wonderful chances to improve as an artist, there are still many expenses that I need to cover. I will need to buy a plane ticket at the cost of roughly $1,500, and will also need to pay for the other meals. The amount I am asking for as donations will cover the tuition as well as extra expenses and weekend meals. This is the opportuinty of a lifetime, and I would give anything to make this happen for me. Any money you are willing to give would mean everything to me.
I'm working hard to save up as much money as I possibly can! I am working two jobs, but am paying my own insurance, and have just recently started paying off my student loans. I have a lot of financial responsibility and cannot do this on my own. I need your help. Any and all donations are accepted and welcome. Thank you all so much for your time and generousity.
