Emily's Medical Cannabis Card

Hi there!

I’m Applying for Medical Cannabis in Illinois.

Having been diagnosed with fibromyalgia in October 2014, my condition has deteriorated to the point that I'm unable to drive and accomplishing everyday tasks like doing the dishes or taking a shower have become extremely difficult. I am no longer worrying about social stigma; I'm applying for my medical marijuana card.

Getting that card comes with a price tag:

$300 (State of IL application fee for 3 years)
$385 (MCO fee & doctor fee)

Aside from raising the money to pay for my application, my goal is to keep my symptoms under control so that I can keep my full-time job, get relief from pain and other debilitating symptoms, and improve my quality of life.
