Emily's fund to get a new bow

Dear friends,
I am in need of your help. A sad incident has happened in which as a result my bow has been broken. This was no one's fault as accidents do happen. The venue said they will look into to, however, due to the fact that I don’t have insurance and the nature of businesses I am not getting my hopes up.
I am left feeling devastated, from the cost of the bow and the sentimental value and loss is a very difficult emotion to get over.
As most of you already know playing the violin is my life, its apart of who I am as an individual and its how’s I express myself and I love sharing that with anyone I play with and for.
The bow cannot be fixed, the way bows are made and the pressure they have when tighten a simple glue fix will not be possible, and any extra wood added to it will affect the quality of sound and the bow balance.
The funds will be used to purchase a new bow. The old bow was purchased for $700 so the extra $100 will go towards either getting a slighter better bow or towards insurance in which after this incident this will now happen.
As summer is always a busy time for me I would like to get a new bow before Christmas, so that I can be ready for the busy festive season, which is always my favourite time of year to be playing and making music.
This will mean the absolute world to me if I can get a bow that will give me the same sound as the other one. With your donation I will be able to keep playing music, making music and sharing music with you.
