i'm trans and need help

Hey gang, me again! For those just tuning in, this time last year I launched this Gofundme page to help raise money for GRS due to trans healthcare in the UK being dangerously underfunded and people who want to access it being required to jump through countless bureaucratic hoops. The response to my crowdfund totally blew me away and meant I was able to have surgery in April this year; this has had a huge impact on my quality of life. Unfortunately, even after major surgery I continue to have a body and brain with complex medical needs which the NHS can be either slow to react to or actively hostile towards, which means I'm going to need to reopen this crowdfund for a bit. sorryyyyyyy

There are two medical problems I need money to deal with:

The first is directly related to the surgery I had earlier this year. Due to lost records my GP has been super hesitant for a couple of years now to continue prescribing HRT to me, despite the lack of medical risk and the fact that I've already been diagnosed with gender dysphoria from an NHS clinic. As a result I've been self-medicating HRT for about 2 years; this has cost me a huge amount of money and I worry it won't be feasible after Brexit as my current hormone provider is based in the EU. Before surgery not being able to take oestrogen would mean an increase in mood swings and a rise in testosterone, but as my body now doesn't create any testosterone there could be more severe long-term effects including depression and osteoporosis. To prevent this I need to raise money for a private endocrinologist specialising in trans issues to monitor my blood levels and prescribe me HRT which I will hopefully be able to obtain on the NHS through a shared care agreement with my GP.  

The second relates to my mental health. Since my early teens I've had major and debilitating mental health problems which have massively affected every facet of my life (social, professional, artistic, academic, you name it) and have tried a huge number of different medical and non-medical treatments which have either been ineffective or have helped to alleviate some problems while exacerbating others. I have assumed depression/bipolar disorder to be the root of these problems for a long time but having done a lot of research into my specific symptoms recently I have realised there's a significant chance I could have ADD or ADHD. I know self-diagnosis is in no way reliable so I want to try and see a specialist who can give a more accurate diagnosis and recommend relevant medication/support. This would be possible to do on the NHS but it could take a year or more and to be honest the feeling that I've wasted most of my adult life so far means I really need this to be sorted as quickly as possible. 

All the money I'm asking for in this crowdfund will go directly towards the cost of the specialists I need and initial prescription costs, with a small amount extra included as a safety net so I can continue to obtain private prescriptions for a couple of months in case my GP is hesitant to sign onto shared care agreements. So many people helped in so many ways with my last crowdfund and I really don't want anyone to think I'm taking that support for granted, or that I would think it was okay to ask for money for something I didn't really need. It's hard to shake the popular narrative that GRS represents a happily-ever-after endpoint of the trans 'journey' and admit that I still need support with medical problems. I'd be incredibly grateful for any financial support you'd be able to give but totally understand if that's not possible; please know that even a single share on social media is super helpful!
