Emily Butler's Medical Fund

Hello my name is Sasha Tremblay. I am fundraising for my strong, kind, hilarious, tough best friend Emily Butler as she battles lymphoma. As many of you may know by now this warrior woman has started treatment. While there is never a good time for cancer, my heart is broken that she has to go through this during her senior year of college. This fact, however, has not stopped Emily from continuing on with schoolwork, making sure to be present to class, and working towards her degree as and Elementary Education major. This perfectly sums up what an incredibly strong woman Em is.

I am here to ask for your help in supporting Emily and her family during this time.  While insurance may cover some of the costs, the Butler family has had to finance a lot of it as each treatment cycle is about $60,000. The money raised will go directly to the family, specifically Emily's mother Bonnie Butler, in hopes of lessening this financial burden. 

The starting goal is $5,000 but I have faith we can raise so much more. I am so thankful to have met Emily and in turn become such great friends with an incredible human being. Supporting her during this time means so much to me and just as much to her. I will be forever thankful for all the donations. Every dollar counts!!
