Emi's Tiny House

Dear friends,


I am asking for donations for the completion of my tiny house, a work in progress since I graduated high school in 2014. 

The outside is done, but the inside still needs cabinets, electrical wiring and plumbing, floors, appliances, and furniture. I am committed to using mostly used and recycled materials as much as possible, to keep costs down and limit my environmental impact.

Being chronically ill with Lyme Disease and multiple viruses during the last few years has seriously limited my ability to work to save money for materials. I am graduating this month with about $30,000 of student loans to pay off.


I would like to complete my tiny house in time to move in at the end of August when my current lease ends. I cannot move back in with my parents because of mold issues. Living in the tiny house will allow me to live rent-free (or very low rent) while I pay back my student loans and regain my health.
