Springwood Neighbourhood Centre in NSW, Australia, provides essential food to people in our Blue Mountains communities. For 38 years and counting, we have given out emergency food parcels to adults and children in need within our community.
On average 6-7 families are helped each week. This service is not government funded and it is an ongoing challenge to keep our food cupboards stocked to keep meeting the demand for this crucial community service.
We are raising funds to buy basic items such as longlife milk, cereals, tea/coffee, pasta, rice, sauces, spreads and hygiene items. Your monetary donations will be used to supplement the food donations our Centre receives which in turn are personally given out in emergency food parcels to people in need every week!
Please donate to this crucial service. ALL funds raised buys emergency food!
Tax Deduction receipts are available by email after $5 donations and above are made.
We are often told how much this service means to people struggling through tough times.
