Emergency surgery for Momo

Momo is my 1 year old doberman/best friend that I rescued from Doberman Rescue of North Texas last September 2018. He was full of life, healthy, and super playful until 6/21/19. It started with a rash and loss of appetite so he was taken to the vet and given antibiotics. He then only got worse became lethargic, began to vomit and became restless so we rushed to Creekside pet care a 24/7 animal hospital but got sent home with anti nausea and the next day he woke up worse and weaker he started to have head tremors, grunts in pain, drooling from nausea and just completely miserable so we returned to the animal hospital only to have Momo admitted with a diagnosis of a foreign body and enlarged liver. He will need emergency surgery to live. We have already spent more than $3,000 and have exhausted all of our resources over the span of 3 days to get him help so we need all the help that we can get. Even just a dollar donation from each person will be tremendously helpful. Please help me save my best friend.
