Emergency Partial Hysterectomy

I recently was told I need an emergency partial hysterectomy.  My uterus is twisted and imbed in my spine causing back problems.  My uterus is the size of a 12 week pregnant woman.  I have fluid inside my uterus.  All which causes a lot of pain.  I have no health insurance but if I can come with $2800 down they are willing to do my surgery. As much as I hate to ask for help I don’t know what else to do cause I really need this surgery. I thank all of you in advance in trying to help me with this. It’s a scary thing I’m going through right now. I appreciate all your help.
