Hi Facebook friends and family:
As most of you know, I have recently moved to Portugal. I am delighted to announce that I am starting a job teaching English for a private school, beginning in November.
Unfortunately, the other night my purse was stolen. Inside of my purse was everything: my cellphone, eye glasses, bank cards, identification cards and most importantly, my passport. Thankfully, I managed to cancel my bank card before any money was taken. But, the money was just enough to cover moving costs. I am now having to replace all of the stolen items amidst this move to another country.
I am asking for any help. Anything from $5-$20 donations would help get me back on track. I just need to replace my phone because it is a necessity right now. But, the most important item to be replaced are my glasses. I need to get new ones as soon as possible because I will be training for my new teaching position starting the 23rd of this month, and I cannot go without them.
