Emaciated Faith Needs Help!

Will you have a little faith in Faith? This tragically neglected, sad Shepherd mix is joining the Fetching Tails Foundation family, and we need your help to turn her life around and provide her the happiness and care that she desperately deserves. She is only 10 months old, and severely emaciated. We met her at Chicago Animal Care & Control, where she was brought after being found as a stray; we cannot let her young life end there, knowing no previous kindness in her young life. But we need our supporters to band together once again and help us provide her top-notch care to help her feel better!
Often times, pictures say more than words ever could, and just by looking at Faith’s heartbreaking pictures, it is obvious that she needs immediate intervention to help her survive. We do not know much about her condition yet, but what we can tell is that she is severely emaciated and malnourished. As soon as she is released to our care she will go to our amazing veterinarian partner at Park Rose Animal Hospital, where she will be hospitalized to receive fluids and nourishment, and receive a full medical examination to determine what additional care is required. We will update as soon as she has had a full medical work-up and we have better determined the proper course of action to help her grow and thrive into the amazing dog we can tell she is meant to be!
Fetching Tails Foundation is an all-volunteer dog rescue that does not discriminate based on breed, age, or physical condition. If you have followed us for a while, you know our hearts are drawn to “underdogs” who have experienced neglect and need extra medical care to turn their lives around.
