Elon Marler needs help

My buddy Elon had the cord around his neck during birth. When he was born they transferred him within a few minutes to Grandview hospital. They tried a new procedure lowering his body temp for a few days and warming him back up to reset his body. Everything worked no brain damage great Happy baby prerfect except he has had a large number of seizures and they don't know what's causing it . His parents my son jonathan and Isabella had spent everything they had and moved in with me now I have helped all I can . Anything to help with my buddies medical expenses and care would be appreciated thanks friends.
