I’ve been in love with racing for as long as I can remember. From naming the make and model of every car on the road when I was two to hopping on anything with wheels, I have always felt that when I’m racing, everything feels right. Racing touches every part of my life— school, fitness, travel, and hobbies.
This year has been really exciting already, and lots has happened. Check it out:
- I attended the Lucas Oil Race School beginner Open Wheel Clinic in July (and went 120mph!)
- I finished 12th IN THE NATION in the American eKarting Championship in Chicago after I cinched the championship at my home track . I was the youngest competitor and won Facebook Fan Favorite!
- I've been invited as one of only 8 drivers to compete in the Play & Drive Pirelli eKart Championship in Alcaniz Spain this October!
- I've also been invited to the LucasOil Scholarship Shootout in Sebring, FL this December
While I'm seeking out local sponsors to support racing costs, friends and family can also have the opportunity to support me as I get out on the track. No donation amount is too small-- it all adds up!
The total cost for the 2019 karting season is approximately $25k. I'll be using sponsorship and donation funds for the following:
- Play & Drive Pirelli eKart Championship in Alcañiz, Spain $3k in race fees & $3k in travel
- Lucas Oil Scholarship Shootout $5k in race fees & $2k in travel, $3K in practice clinic fees
- Building an electric kart from the ground up ($7500 investment) & creating an EcoRally in Hoboken in 2020!
