Ellis Engineers (9452A) to VEX World Championship

Donation protected
The Ellis Engineers (9452A) is a team of talented 8th grade students from Ellis Middle School in Austin, MN.  This team was most recently crowned Minnesota State Champions at the 2019 MN State VEX Robotics Tournament.  Because of this prestigious accomplishment, they have been given the honor and exclusive invitation to compete with hundreds of other top performing teams from around the world at the VEX Robotics World Championships in Louisville, KY.  The only missing piece to keep this machine “in play” are the funds to get there.

Our Ellis Robotics team is not a district funded program and is run completely by donation, business sponsorship, grant funding, and parent donation to cover regular season expenses. Due to the success of this year’s team, we are looking for support to ensure that they have the exceptional opportunity to participate in the World Championship Tournament. We are currently looking to raise $10,000 to ensure all team members, regardless of income, can participate. This amount will cover all costs of travel, lodging, food, team registrations, and additional parts and pieces necessary for the team to prepare for events.

The Ellis Engineers know, big or small, all robot pieces are critical to a well-designed, efficient robot.  Your donation is no different…we appreciate any donation, big or small, because it will help to keep this team “in play.”
