Ellingworth Family Emergency Fund

I am writing to request support for my sister Veronica Ellingworth and her family following a serious family emergency.  Her husband Chase Ellingworth was in an accident that resulted in a broken neck and partial paralysis.  The doctors are unsure of the long term implications of the accident, but it will be some time before Chase will be able to walk again, if at all. 

Veronica and Chase are parents to four children, age 14 years, 11 years, 3 year and 9 months.  Both parents have been earners for the family, but with his serious injury Chase will be unable to resume his job in construction, cutting the family's earnings significantly.  We hope that some day he will heal and return to his profession, or find another calling that makes him happy, but for the foreseeable future the family will struggle with paying bills and meeting basic needs.  

We are coming together as a family to support Chase and Veronica in their time of need, and we need help from the greater community.  Chase and Veronica are good, hard working people who have always helped others when they have a chance.  If you have the will and resources, please donate to the family to get them through the year ahead.  The funds will go towards paying bills, purchasing food, making house payments, and covering child care costs for the small children.  Any amount will help.
