Help us restore History
Donation protected
The Elkridge Volunteer Fire Department has this original 1947 Mack Fire Engine.
It is in desperate need of a major overhaul in order to preserve it for future generations.
Engine 12 serviced the Elkridge, Maryland community, Howard County and the surrounding areas from 1947 until 1976, some 29 years of dedicated, reliable service.
This historic piece of fire appartatus could be showing off its beauty in parades, musters, assisting in teaching our youth fire safety, and aiding in providing an honorable send off for our fallen members.
We really need your help in keeping this piece of heritage alive.
Even a small donation will go a long way in helping us to reach our goal.
Thank you for your consideration and assistance in bringing this fire service veteran back to life.
