Two disabled people without electricity

Hello to all. I'm setting up this campaign to help a wonderful caring lady who cares for two disabled people in her home. Her name is Vicki and she has lost electricity to her home due to high winds and a tree limb falling onto the electrical connection to the house. The electric company will not reconnect the lines because they say the house is not up to code. She was told to call an electrician, whom quoted the job to be roughly 3k to 4k. Vicki is on a fixed income and can't afford the repairs needed to get electricity back on in her home.  She does not have home owners insurance to help with this emergency. 

Any and all donations would greatly be appreciated to help her pay for the electrician to get the house fixed enough to get electricity turned back on.
