Teacher of Home Invasion/ Killing
Donation protected
On March 15, 2016, retired Gorrie Elementary School music teacher Eleanor Solomon's home was involved in a home invasion in which the intruder was shot and killed by her son who lives with her in her home. This was a horrifying event for the entire family including Eleanor's grandchildren. The grandchildren no longer want to go to their grandmothers house, which before this indicent their grandmothers house was the perfect place to go and have fun. Now the grandchildren are afraid to go into the driveway and the home.
We are raising money for Christopher and Eleanor Solomon so they are able to make the proper repairs and safety upgrades to the house to keep Eleanor and her grandkids safe. Most importantly to make the house a home again and for the grandchildren to feel welcome inside the home.
We would be thankful for the donations we receive to help this family get passed this tragic situation that occured in their home.
