Elan's medical expenses fund

The day after I proposed to my girlfriend Charli, I got in an accident. I broke my tibia and shattered part of my shin. I was hospitalized for over two weeks because my wounds got infected and the pain was unbearable. I lost my job and am wheelchair bound for six months. I will have to learn how to walk again after that. Right now, I have an external fixator on my leg, which is metal bolts drilled into my bones and hovering metal bars that hold it in place. I have another surgery coming up to have it removed and plates inserted into my knee. Recovery will be intense!
 I would really appreciate some help. My partner is doing the best she can to cover the bills because she's an angel!
