Help stop eviction from home

Greeting, I am seeking to raise funds to stay in our home, I have and agency that is working with me called street light they have given $300 towards my cause, I have been given a pledge sheet by them to ask for assistance to raise the amount needed. Just a little background on how I got here I had to have major surgery back in October which resulted in me being unable to work and after the surgery I developed major complications resulting in me having to have 3 more surgery and now I will be having another surgery on Tuesday the 16th as they have found another issue from the previous surgeries, and because of this I am not able to meet my housing expense and am facing eviction useless I can raise the monies needed to pay up my past due rent. So I am reaching out to whom ever will to assist me by making a donation towards the amount as I have to do my part per the agency who is willing to sponsor me.
