House flooding

On Sunday February 3rd 2019, my family and I were displaced from our home as a result of a serious sewage flood. Since then we been staying in a motel room, and no work has been done in our apartment. The property manager is also trying to force us to pay rent for an apartment where we can not physically live at. We have children & pets. The health department has deemned it deplorable living conditions with standing sewage water in the bathtub, faces caked on the floor, old sink left in our hallway, no smoke Detesters, and no heat/water. As of today we are still in a motel living check to check using every penny paying for food & transportation. Please help us throughout this hard time. We appreciate anything and everything that you guys can give. Thank you in advance.
