EightSixty Custom Cleanup Festival

EightSixty Custom is an indoor skatepark in Hartford, CT. Owned and operated by Pepe Burby, the skatepark has been at its new location on Francis Avenue for almost 14 months. Home to some of the greatest local showcases, music performances, fundraisers and album release shows, it sports a beautiful half pipe that turns into a stage. In addition, it has a quarter pipe, a guard rail and indoor ramps which are open to the public - and it's hosted a slew of skating competitions.
After a rocky start to the beginning of 2016, EightSixty is moving towards several new and exciting goals and business ventures, but sadly, several major business opportunities will not be available without a little elbow grease and the help of our lovely community.
The purpose of this gofundme is to raise enough funds so that we can afford paint, materials, cleaning supplies and equipment to assist us in giving EightSixty a beautiful makeover.
We want to put up some permanent murals, fix the landscape of the property, bring in some community gardens, and working with some of the Hartford schools - get the teenagers involved in assisting in the beautification of a PILLAR in the West End/ Parkville community.
On Saturday, May 14, we are planning a huge community pick-up and gardening session, with live painting, live music, poetry, face painting, BBQ, food trucks AND MORE- all culminating in an amazing night of incredible music!
