On June 5th, my mother and best friend, Eidy Isaac suffered a massive stroke. Doctors believe that she and I suffer from a genetic defect that causes blood clots. My mom's stroke was a result of a blood clot in her brain. Today, she is still in the hospital, recovering, but has a very long way to go. She has several impairments that she will live with forever and some that can be made better with the right type of treatment and rehabilitation.
If you know my mother, you know she has a personality that could always light up a room. She has a big heart and is always willing to help out anyone. I have created this Go Fund Me account to get help with her long-term treatment. My mother’s insurance is only covered for the next 12 weeks and her rehabilitation will be at least a year long. With the proper care and rehab, we can possibly get a good part of the old Eidy back.
All funds donated will go towards her medical treatment and rehabilitation. Any donation helps and will be used so that she can receive the best care possible.
