Help for Vanessa

On May 5, 2019 Vanessa slipped and suffered a subluxation to the coccyx/tailbone injury. The weakness and pain left her unable to walk or bend. After one week of bed rest - absorbing all her vacation time, she finally returned to work. Taking additional days off work without pay for doctor visits and the purchasing of pain medication can begin to present a financial challenge for anyone, but mostly for a mommy who is raising two young children. Besides her recovering back, Vanessa needs surgery to her dominant right hand. As she slipped, she tried to hold on, but the impact tore the ulnar collateral ligament which allows movement to her thumb and pointer finger. If Vanessa does not receive urgent surgery on her hand, this injury will leave her with a disability for life.
Being the hard worker she is, but only able to use one hand, her productivity at work has decreased. That is because her work consists mostly of typing.
She is also a loving mother with the additional great concern of not being able to provide or care for her two young children even with the simplest things like dressing them, feeding, combing their hair, tending to household needs like a simple meal or even carrying the little one for a playtime.
Some family members have taken time off work to help her with the children and housework, and Vanessa is very grateful for that. When it came to asking for financial help, she felt embarrassed, because she is a giver by nature. However like most people today she is faced with having to meet a high expense upfront in order to simply schedule the surgery.
Vanessa needs to recover as soon as possible. Not only her little ones and her job depend on her, we want her to have healing and peace of mind. This is the reason why I started a Go Fund Me account.
Together, please help me raising funds towards the goal of what she has to give upfront to get the surgery going which is $5000. No amount is too small, please consider giving.
