Lung Treatment or Death

Imagine driving to the mall at night with your wife the tempature is below freezing and snow is falling.  A beautifull night that ends with you loosing your breath and it just keeps going down hill from there.  That is exactly what happened to me.  I stepped out of my truck and the cold air went into my lungs and cleared out all of my oxygen in less than a second.  I stopped caught my breath and went to the hospital the next day.  3 weeks later and now on oxygen, I was discharged from the hospital to a pulmonary Dr.  (Lung Doctor). This dr asssured me I had mycoplasma phnemonia and that all I needed was medicine.  Two weeks later in ICU I'm now getting a lung biopsy to find out I have Interstitial Lung Disease.  A type of fibrosing (scarring) in the lungs.  My disease is Dermatomyositis associated with Interstitial Lung Disease.  Anyone can get this disease, the onset is shortness of breath and dry coughing.  I had neither symptom, but was disabled within less than 2 weeks. 
It has now been about 5 years and my lungs are smaller and muscles are weaker (Dermatomyositis).  I have tried all sorts of treatments from IV therapies to carciogenic (cancer causing) medicines.  I have done some research on Stem Cell technology and have found a high success rate of rejuvinating scarred tissue with my own stem cells.  I need your help for the treatment.  The cost is $12,000 for the treatment.  I live in NC and need to travel to Tampa Fl where the treatment will be given.  That is why Im asking for $15,000.  This treatment could save my life.  I am 39 years old I use to work for Verizon for 10 years before I became sick.  I had to be let go due to the illness.  I have a wife and two children in college.  I am ashamed  to even ask for this support but being sick can drain your finances very quickly.  Any help that could be given would be greatly appreciated and a lifesaver.
