SAVE PENNY

I was walking my puppy last night in our small town on a leash with a light around her leash so we were visible to be seen a woman coming through a drive-thru who was talking on her phone hit my 5 month old puppy Penny and Penny went under her Tire we spent 3 hours at the emergency room and then transferred her to another hospital where she spent the night she has a blood clot in her bladder and a broken pelvis the woman who hit her we have not seen or heard from her since and the police are involved. We have already spent over $2,000 out of our own pocket and the surgery is going to be between 5 and $6,000 penny is only 5 months old and did nothing to deserve this and the woman who hit her should be financially responsible for her but she is nowhere to be found. PLEASE if you can help at all we would appreciate it!
