Hi Everyone,  Meet Ari!  On August 28th,  Linda Fleming and I rescued this 7 week old Lab puppy from a very unhealthy environment.  We noticed that she had something wrong with her leg and that she wasn't thriving.  We also noticed her paw was twice the size it should be and that she had a very ugly large sore on the bottom of her paw that was badly infected.  We knew if we didn't take her with us she was not going to survive.

Our intention was to see what was wrong with her leg, fix her up and re-home her to a good home.  Well, 4 vets later, including a consult with an Orthopedic Specialist at Veterinary Specialist Hospital in New Castle, it was agreed that Ari has sustained irreparable nerve damage to that leg and will have to be amputated.

Ari's use of the leg has regressed rapidly to the point where she is just kinda of dragging it along now.  It's plain old getting in her way.

Since Ari came to stay with me on August 28th I have  watched this energetic happy go lucky little pup start to thrive and enjoy life!!  To my amazement she immediately ran up and down the patio steps, started jumping on every toy she saw...not letting the leg stop her.  She is a lovely little girl who is smart as a whip, fun loving just like any other puppy.

Of course, I fell madly in love with her and have decided that I cannot for the life of me giver her up!   So Ari will have a forever home here with Chayce and I who has decided that she is not an alien and has actually started playing with her!  He is very very gentle with her, however Ari is not so gentle with Chayce, but being the great guy that he is, Chayce does not react to those needle sharp puppy teeth!! LOL!

I am asking for donations to help offset the cost of Ari's medical fees up to and including the amputation.  This includes the 4 vets consultations and the surgery.  I would appreciate any help that you feel you can manage.

This darling little girl deserves a chance at a good life.  She didn't ask to be born and should not suffer for it!  I want to giver her the best life she can have and I'm sure she is going to show all of us what it's all about!

Thank you in advance for any help!!!  This GoFundMe Campaign will be posted for 30 days.
