As many of you know, I was diagnosed with Epilepsy at the age of 21. This month I'm actually celebrating 1 year seizure free! I am doing a 5K on May 20th with the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago. I am fortunate enough where I don't have to worry about seizures daily. So I am running this 5K for those people. Epilepsy, like most conditions, is all about awareness. I will continually advocate.
