Mom's Recovery Funds

On May 20th our lives were changed forever when a EF-5 tornado ripped through Moore, OK and caught our mom in its path. She stopped to take shelter in the cooler of the 7-11 store on 4th and Telephone Road. Three people lost their lives and she was critically injured. We have spent more than 50 days in ICU and still have many more days ahead of hospital, physical therapy, then finally rehab. Her new job benefits had not started yet so she didn't qualify for health insurance just yet. She has had 8 surgeries I believe so far with many more to come. Her injuries included a collapsed lung, broken ribs, broken shoulder blades, numerous facial fracture, eye wall brake, left hand crushed, dozens of cuts on her head, more staples than we can count, right hand with severe cuts, damage to her lungs from impact, ARDS, e-coli infections, pseudonymous, pneumonia, and a broken spine. The list is bigger but that's the condensed version. We need help and that is why This page was created to help assist in the raising of funds for mom and rehabilitation. She is going to need a van, wheel chair and lift, special chairs, alterations to her residence, and much more. Anything you or your company are able to help with is so very appreciated.
