School Fund for Solomon, GOMONEGO!

Donation protected
Hello everyone,

I am Netatua, 25 years old and have a younger brother Solomon who stepped out of Tukwila, WA to spread his wings and find his purpose in this world. There's another sibling, Lesieli, but we'll talk about her some other time. ;)

Solomon chose Riverside City College over in California to start his education as a first generation college student. That's right, first generation.

Before he left to college in the summer of 2017, it seemed like everything was set and ready to go except we experienced a death in the family. Our Father. He passed Wednesday morning of March 8th, 2017. This devastated us and set back any plans we had. After calling the morgue to come pick up my Dad, I noticed my mom was getting sick. Everyone thought nothing of it. Just a little cold and some coughs. But with my dad just passing that day, I was worried so I rushed her to the hospital.

If a death wasn't enough to put things on hold, being diagnosed with cancer definitely did. There she was, our mom, with the doctor by her side, now has cancer.

One thing at a time, though. We still have to bury our Father. Funeral expenses shot out the roof and that was choosing the bare minimum to bury our Dad.

For some reason, all the hardship wanted us to get Solomon out even more. To live a better life. Things don't have to stay like this. We can get through this. We managed to come together with some money to send him out for his first quarter and football season at Riverside. He maintained a very busy schedule with taking on full time classes, football practice, which took up all evenings, and managed to work a little to at least have some pocket money.

Meanwhile, our Mother had stopped working due to aggressive chemotherapy  and declining health. She has been out of work since March 2017. With a massive surgery in December 2017, she is set to be out of work still for another 3 months. Utility bills and medical bills have been stacking up and it has been a struggle to keep up.

Solomon enjoyed every part of being a student athelete for Riverside that he is determined to go back. Most of the players were sent home after Fall quarter and are to return for the Spring.

Unfortunately, we do not have any funds right now to help him get back and I am reaching out to all of you for any kind of support. We just need a little help with 1200$ to help cover the rest of his tuition and send him packing to further his education and live a better life.

We are trying to raise 1200$ by FEBRUARY 6th, 2018. We can do it with your help!
Thank you everyone for taking your time to even read this. Also, thank you to everyone who has supported by donating their hard earned money to help my brother achieve his goals. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart.
