Jaden's Medical Fund

Friends:

You may not be aware, but one of our very own, Jaden-a sweet 2nd grader has been in intensive care for the past 3+ months . He is finally returning home (yay!) but will spend his summer undergoing extensive rehabilitation. 

Jaden's parents have been traveling to/from his Chicago hospital to be with him during this harrowing experience. As you can imagine, their family & Jaden's medical expenses are skyrocking. 

The Forest Glen PTA invites you to make a contribution, no matter how small, to lessen some of the burden on this family.  All money collected will go directly to his care.
