Eddie Matthews #matthewsstrong

As you may know, Eddie was in a bad ATV accident on Saturday, October 20th.  His lungs were collapsed, and he suffered severe head trauma. He was quickly air-lifted to San Jose (we would like to keep his hospital information private) where he underwent surgery to remove a portion of his skull and release the pressure in his brain. He is currently still in a coma, but stable. The Dr. has advised our family that he’ll have a long and difficult road of recovery ahead of him.

For those of you who don't know Eddie, he is one of the kindest and most generous people in the world. He can fix/put together ANYTHING and happily helps anyone in need. He is the guy who will stop and help a stranger fix a tire or pull them out of a ditch. Once you meet him, his smile and friendly personality pierces your heart and stays with you. He loves to joke and have fun. He's an amazing father and husband that beams whenever he talks about his wife and kids. His sweet little family needs our help. 

We have created this page to help cover the costs of: hospital bills, future physical therapy, medications, child care and support, meals, etc. Please keep Eddie and the Matthews family in your prayers for the coming weeks - all donations will go to Eddie's wife, Brittany Matthews.
