Ed Bakker Fund

While on his Wild Tennis cross-country tour, Ed Bakker was swimming at a rec centre in Alberta when he suffered a major medical emergency.  He was airlifted to the hospital in Edmonton where he was heavily sedated for several days.  At this time we do not know the prognosis nor how long he will need to stay in the hospital, but he is receiving the best possible care from the hospital staff.

In the meantime, members of Ed's family are staying in Edmonton, and we would like to help cover their expenses to relieve at least some of their stress.  Ed’s sister will be the primary beneficiary of the donations, and Ed’s niece, Ashleigh Gould, will be managing them on her mother’s behalf. 

It's also another way for us to let Ed know we all love him.
