Quietude Red Vermont going home

I do not rescue horses I support them every year as best I can but when I called Maritime horse protection told me they are FULL !!! I am a volunteer therapeutic riding and horse boy program provider but I had met this horse a year ago.  At the time I thought the owner was depressed, a year later he was dead and his herd of Morgan horses were discovered as having been sorely neglected.  The owner was sick and could not care for them I think he did not realize in his illness how his herd had suffered.  Vermont is just here to recover but he needed special shoes for founder, he needed supplements and concentrates in food and I've had the vet here THREE times.  I can get him healthy but Vermont needs his forever home.  His breeders in West Virginia will take him back if I can ship him there... So Farrier, Feed, Vet and transport from Nova Sotia to WV are adding up.  Because the therapeutic riding program is a Canadian Registered charity if you make your donations through www.hinchinbrookfarm.com you will get a registered receipt.  Just make a note on your donation that it is for Vermont's bills at Hinchinbrook Farm. 
I have 12 therapy critters (horses, dogs, goats, rabbits, and a cat) that serve special needs kids here on the south shore of NS.  Yes what I do is a lot but I can look after Vermont until he is well enough to ship to WV.  Can you help?  He is doing well this was taken 3 weeks here still skinny but getting better.
