Housing Need

My niece, Jessica has suffered a terrible loss.  Her husband, Clay, committed suicide on Saturday, November 24, 2018.  This has left her to take care of their 4 month old son.  Their home mortgage was in his name with her name on the deed.  I am trying to raise enough money to make her mortgage payment for 3 months to give her time to make decisions about selling or keeping house, health insurance for her and baby and the many other things that have to be dealt with following this kind of unexpected loss.  I want to be able to take this one thing off her plate for a short time so they will have a home while grieving and taking care of everything.  Her mortgage was due Dec. 1st so the need is immediate.  Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
