Harvest & The Culinary Championship
Donation protected
Hi Friends,
We are looking for your support to help send our team and cover some of the expenses for The Canadian Culinary Competition in Kelowna this February.
In October, 2016 Chef Garrett 'Rusty' Thienes, owner of Harvest Eatery competed in Gold Medal Plates Regina ~ a national fundraiser for Canadian Olympic Athletes and the regional arm of the Canadian Culinary Championships ~ AND HE WON!
Chef is now on the road to the National championships on February 3 & 4 in Kelowna, BC against the 10 other winning Chefs from across Canada.
As a rural Chef & restaurant owner, Rusty is proud of Saskatchewan and promoting the bounty it has to offer. However, being a small husband & wife operated business, our funds are tight... this is why we're turning to you to help bring our two apprentice cooks, Sam & Lacey, and our manager (and host for the evening) Sara, along to experience and help with this once in a lifetime event.
Your money will be used towards:
- Bringing our team along (travel expenses)
- Shipping costs for product & equipment
- Ingredients
You - our friends, family, community - have all been such a big part of our growth and would be so grateful for any donation. In return, Chef promises that he will give it his all, and make Saskatchewan proud!
With Love,
Harvest Eatery
