Easy Meditation for Stressed Teens

The Greatest Philadelphia Performing Arts Enrichment Program (GPPA) has been established since 2004.  The enrichment program delivers sessions by the groups to older inner City teens in the arts to give them realtime positve experiences to enrich their lives.  Funding will be used for transportation, meals, teen night out events, participation in supporting corporation special events (& Macy's Shop For A Cause is one of them), and a FREE "Sahaja Meditation" meetup location.  Funding is needed for the GPPA's summer 2017 program.  By my experience as an instructor and coach in the arts, in working with teens, getting support would help lift teens selfesteem and eliminate some frustrations our teens are going through in today's communities.  I will be so relieved and greatful in moving forward to reach the goals in reaching corporate supporters again and getting teens to our new program, "easy meditation" for free for this fiscal year as school lets out for the summer.
