Early Dawn Bakery is the incarnation of over 30 years of dream weaving, skill gathering, and soul searching that has lead me to the beautiful town of Brownsville Oregon.  A hospice nurse who has spent most of her adult life in various parts of the food industry, from baker, to executive chef, I have developed a deep love for feeding people; body, mind and spirit. Early Dawn Bakery is my offering to my community, embracing the philosophy that life is to be savoured and it is important to embrace each day with joy and zest.

#1 Provide people with a way to invest in and generate excitement surrounding Early Dawn bakery.
#2 Raise enough funds to purchase a refrigerated display case and a commercial oven.
