Eagle Must Raise Cash for Treatment

Need help raising funds for Indipendant medical evaluation and treatment. The system has failed, and I'm trapped in a broken body.
Since November of 2015 I have been seeking treatment for injuries sustained when I fell while working. To date I have been unable to find anyone here in this state that can tell me what is wrong and what needs to be done to stop the donward spiral. Its as if they can not hear me asking for help.
The insurance company has now sent me to at least 3 specialist who state "you don't need surgery." Yet they never answer the question.... surgery for what?
Now trapped in a system that is supposed to protect me, or so I'm told, I find it nessisary to seek medical attention outside the state of Hawaii, but I must pay cash. My personal medical insuracne will not cover work related injuries.
I do not actually know how much money will be required. But I do know that it will be more than I have. If there is a way to donate airline miles, those would be greatly appriecated too. Room and board will be covered personally, rest assured your donation is for medicel services and travel only.
And when this money is one day recovered and returned to me by the insurance company, it will then be donated to a food bank here on the Big Isalnd. A double blessing GoFund me page!! (this part will be WAY exciting)
Julie and I are hoping to make the first trip and initial apointment in a couple of weeks. God is good and in our house He's in charge.
