House fire

Donation protected
On Sunday, May 19th around 5:30am my best friends house was on fire due to an electrical outlet catching fire. Her husband was leaving to go to work and smelled something coming from their boys’ bedroom. He opened the door and everything was completely burned. Luckily they caught it before it went into any other room but there is so much smoke damage throughout the whole house and they lost all the boys’ clothes, beds, toys, everything in their room. Thank the Lord the boys were staying with a friend and grandparents because they would have been sleeping in there and this may have been a more tragic outcome. We are also thankful that her husband smelled it before going to work because my best friend and their 1 year old daughter were in their bedroom sleeping at the time of the fire.

They are not able to stay in the house and are staying in a hotel right now. They have nothing for the boys other than the couple sets of clothes they had with them.  All other clothes have smoke and will need lots of cleaning.

They are still trying to figure everything out with the insurance claim. The last thing they need to worry about is how they will come up with money to live and eat on, as well as replace the clothes that were burned up. If you are able to donate just $5, that would help so much! If you can’t donate, please pray hard for this sweet family of 5 while they rebuild their home from this tragic situation.

We appreciate everyone’s support and are so thankful for all that have helped! Please share!
