Cardiff Half Marathon

Harry Baxter had a rare condition called Mowat Wilson Syndrome. However, he also had life threatening epilepsy which is one of the main reasons he was helped by Ty Hafan on numerous occasions throughout his short life. Ty Hafan became more than just a hospice for Harry and his family. He so enjoyed his visits there and many of the carers became good friends of his. As many of you may know, Harry sadly passed away in February of this year aged 18. Although Harry spent less time at Ty Hafan  towards the latter stages of his life he still experienced pure happiness when he visited the hospice on days like the Summer Fair. Therefore, myself, Harry's brother, and one of my friends which Harry also knew, Rupin Hoffmann, have decided to give something back to this great charity.  We are going to participate in the Cardiff half Marathon for Ty Hafan on Sunday, 6th October 2019. We will be extremely grateful for any donations as this charity supports endless families, like mine, by caring for children who have life threatening conditions whilst giving them the best opportunity to lead a happy and fulfilled life, while it lasts.
