Help Save Delilah

Hello,
My name is Sienna. I wanted to thank you for your time, and interest, in helping me save Delilah. I rescued Delilah, not from a pound, or adoption center but from the street. When I found her she was wet, cold and skinny (not to mention injured). She has since become an emotional support dog. I thought I was saving her but, as you’ll see from the video, it turns out she was saving me.

Although I was feeding her and giving her regular water I noticed she wasn’t able to gain any weight. I took Delilah to the vet and discovered she has a liver shunt and will need surgery to save her life.

A liver shunt is when the blood vessel is misplaced and the liver is not able to filter the toxins or concentrate fluids properly. The risk of not correcting this condition is a sever threat to the Delilah's health. I have already spent a considerable amount on her lab tests and medications, and unfortunately, I have run out of money. Even with financial assistance from my family, I still don’t have enough to save this incredible soul.

Delilah still needs an ultrasound and then the surgery will be determined. The ultrasound will be $400.00 and the cost of surgery is $4,000 - $6,000.
