University tuition

I met A. about a year ago.  A lovely late 20's man from the city of Homs.  He fled the war at the end of his University studies with only one couse left before graduation.  He has studied hard and passed the necessary exams to be accepted into a university in Istanbul but they are requiring 8 courses in order to graduate and the tuition is $8000 per year.  I want to help raise a few thousand dollars towards this years tuition and give this boy a future that he deserves.
