Religious trip to the Vatican

While attending college here at Valdosta State, I have become involved with a young adult ministry. The Youth Choir at the parish here, St. John the Evangelist, has been invited to perform at the Vatican. In addition, they have announced open spots for the college youth to come along and be a part of this amazing religious experience. This is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, not only to see the Pope, but to share this experience with others my age who hear Gods call. I just had to say Yes!
The trip will be 6 nights and 8 days (December 26, 2015- January 2, 2016). While visiting Rome, we will be visiting the Vatican, Assisi, and the tomb of Pope John Paul the Second. This will not only help me spiritually, but it will also give me the full pilgrimage experience. This trip will cost $3,500 and will include
Round trip flight to Rome from Atlanta plus all ground transportation while in Rome
Most meals
All lodging
All fees/tips
This is where I need your help. As I prepare for this pilgrimage, I first want to ask for your prayers and second, I would like to ask you to help sponsor me on this pilgrimage of a lifetime. As I said earlier, this trip is 8 days long, and I am looking for a sponsor(s) for each day of the trip. In return for your sponsorship, I promise to keep you in my daily prayers leading up to this pilgrimage and then to pray for you on the day of the trip that you sponsor me.
If you are interested in sponsoring a day(s) (or even just half a day) then I ask you to please pray about it first, then act upon what our Lord has revealed to you. You can sponsor an entire day(s) for $437 (per day)! If you are unable to sponsor a full day, then you can sponsor a half day for $218 or a third of a day for $145. Will you consider sponsoring a day?
