Need help due to concussion

I was in a serious car accident June 5th. I was lucky to walk away with my life. Also, no broken bones and no cuts! I was hit by an Armored truck and flipped 2.5 times across 3 lanes of I25 traffic, vehicle ending up on it's driver's side. No one else was hurt or hit me! I walked out of the hospital 6 hours later with serious concussion only. Only, yet the worse thing I have ever dealt with. My mental status is only just now coming back to what I call "80% normal" whatever normal is for me. Now I am having issues with my sight (optical nerves are swollen) and will be getting a CT scan done to check for a possible brain bleed or swelling. I have bills stacking up and have explored all options except this one. Now with my eye sight failing I am unable to work and have found myself unemplyed due to this accident. My family has already help but hardly working for 4 months eats up money. I am and will continue to live like I am broke. Any help, even if just prayers, is very much appreciated. Thank you.
