The monsoon rains in Kodagu(Coorg), Karnataka, India had devastating effect on the people of Kodagu. Basically a calm and beautiful place filled with greenery in the western ghats is now in ruins. Lot of infrastructure damages has left the people homeless and no way forward.
I am from the same place and currently living in UK due to work commitments. I completed my engineering degree in CIT, Coorg.
Many of my relatives and friends are now homeless and
in need of financial support. They are now taking shelter in relief camps.In this time of crisis instead of being sympathetic lets be empathetic and contribute for the better of fellow human beings.
