I was in a life changing car accident on November 7th 2015. My uncle and I were driving on I-35 when a car that was racing lost control and hit us on the driver side rear door. We lost control of the vehicle and swerved across the highway to hit the guardrail on the right hand side. Instead of stopping the vehicle we flipped approximately four times and landed on the access road guardrail. During the accident I instantly became paralyzed and a quadriplegic due to having fractured my c-6, putting a fragment into my spinal cord. I also compressed my c-5 - t-2 vertebrae in my neck and back. I had limited hand and arm movements and no movement below my chest.

I had surgery the following day and have already regained some sensation throughout my body. I have regained most arm movement but still struggle with my hands. No feeling can be felt from my chest down, however I have regained deep pressure sensation in some parts of my body.

I am starting this go fund me at the requests of several other people. It is to help pay for medical bills, equipment, any home modifications that are required, as well as any other miscellaneous expenses that are to be incurred.
