Gabrielle Lavinia Baldwin Fund

Gabrielle or Gabby as she is known to her loved ones and friends, had fallen outside her home in Burlington, on Wednesday .... unable to move her legs and arms she was flown FROM ARMC to UNC CHAPEL HILL Hospital ICU where they said she had broken her neck in two places, she has had one surgery replacing C5 and They are waiting to repair C6 ! She has had a collapsed lung REQUIRING a vent being placed to breathe among many other complications! We ALL know Gabby as an intelligent, happy, loving friend, and even a talented singer! She is only 21 years old and she has a bright and prosperous future ahead of herself, never once could we imagine this would happen to such a healthy young woman. We hate to see this happen to one of our own we pray for a fast recovery and know God is with her for this long road ahead... Gabby is currently a nursing student ... she as many young students work hard at striving to make a difference!... and that is why I ask of your HELP ...now more than ever she and her family will be facing so much, looking at months or more of recovery, and rehab, so much to embrace and money should never be a worry of a person trying to get back to health!!
